Samsung's The Frame TV 2021 Goes Official with 4K QLED Display

The South Korean electronics giant, Samsung has unveiled The Frame TV 2021 in India. This model features a 4K QLED display which will be available in four different sizes. Out of these four display sizes, the 65-inch model is the largest model that will be sold in India.

It features a 4K display that boasts 100% colour volume and supports Quantum Dot technology. It is powered by the Quantum Processor 4K chip that comes with AI-based upscaling and auto optimizing SpaceFit Sound settings.

As the name suggests this premium TV can be used as a picture frame as the company has preloaded 1,400 artworks which can be displayed when the television is not in use and in standby mode. The Frame TV 2021 sports a customizable bezel that mimics a picture frame and the frame is 46% thinner when compared with its predecessor. This model also gets internal storage of 6GB as opposed to 500MB of the previous year’s model.

Speaking of the smart features of the TV, it comes with Bixby and Alexa voice assistants pre-loaded. The TV also supports AirPlay 2 and the One Remote is also supplied inside the box. The Frame TV 2021 43-inch model will be sold with a price tag of 61,990 INR (850 USD). Other models comes with 55-inch and 65-inch displays. All three models will go on sale from June 12 and will be available for purchase via the online stores.
