Along with the first in-display front camera smartphone technology, Oppo announced yet another innovative set up at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai 2019 event. The company has introduced new mobile hardware which is called MeshTalk, and this will allow users to communicate with their near and dear ones without any type of network.
Everything about MeshTalk
The all new MeshTalk will help you to communicate up to a 3-kilometer distance, which means if you don’t have any mobile signal or Wi-Fi connectivity then you can use this feature to communicate with your close ones.
As the name suggests, it uses Mesh networks and that will route the message via nearby devices to reach the target. Furthermore, the MeshTalk is powered by a custom chip which takes care a lot on the sensitivity to achieve long-range communication and it also has low bandwidth system which will help users to make voice calls along with the text messages.
The company also claims that it is developed with very low power as you can use a smartphone with the MeshTalk mode for up to 72 hours. The company did not reveal what technology is behind the new setup and on which smartphone they will implement this innovative feature.
Personally speaking, this is really great set up this will not only help users to reduce their mobile bill but also help in emergency situations.
