We are waiting for the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship mobile processor which will be powering multiple flagship devices next year. The company is believed to launch the new mobile processor in October this year and before that, the information about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 flagship mobile processor appears online.
The upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 mobile processor will be official in 2024 and the same is reported to feature two Phoenix cores along with six Phoenix M cores. It is worth mentioning that the Phoenix cores are a new generation of ARM-based CPU cores and the same are designed by Nuvia.
It is also said that the next generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 flagship mobile processor will be manufactured on TSMC’s N3E process and the same is the second iteration of TSMC’s 3nm process node.
