Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is launching next week
It is officially announced that the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile processor will be announced on November 26, 2025. The upcoming chipset will come with 2 cores at 3.80GHz along with 6 cores at 3.32GHz.
The processor will be coming with Adreno 840 GPU for the graphical task. It is worth mentioning that this is the same GPU used in the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Speaking about the early Geekbench results, the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 achieved a single-core score of ~3,000 and a multi-core score of ~10,000.
