The popular chipset maker Qualcomm is gearing up to launch a new upscaling technology and the same will be capable to boost Android games to 4K 60fps which will enhance the gaming experience.
Qualcomm is rolling out the Snapdragon Game Super Resolution and the same is capable to transform 1080p games to 4K resolutions and the same will be capable to offer a significant improvement in the frame per second (fps) rate from 30fps to 60fps or more. It is also said that Mobile games and XR products with the Snapdragon Game Super Resolution will be official launch later this year.
The upcoming Snapdragon Game Super Resolution (GSR) will maximize mobile game performance and battery life and the setup will work in non-Snapgragon 8 Gen 2 smartphones as well. It is said that the new technique uses a single pass spatial upscaling set up and the same is optimized for Adreno GPUs, which is capable to reduce memory usage, bandwidth latency, and battery usage.
