Sony has unveiled its first Sony wireless neckband speaker with the Dolby Atmos feature.The Sony SRS-NS7 is the world’s first neckband speaker feature Dolby Atmos. The SRS-NS7 comes with a WLA-NS7 Bluetooth transmitter integrated with the BRAVIA XR television models to transfer to the Dolby Atmos audio speaker.
360 Spatial Sound Personalizer app allow users to take pictures of their ear to create an HRTF map of their ears. Returns the HRTF map back to the system to customize the Atmos sound to your specific ear and head shape.
The Sony SRS-NS7 can also reduce the latency of the audio for a better viewing experience. However, the low latency feature is only suitable for Bravia XR TV models. Unfortunately, even Sony’s TVs are not currently compatible with low latency mode.
