It was recently reported that the Japanese electronic giant Sony might be launching the new PlayStation 5 Pro in the month of April this year and it was also reported that the company will be launching the product with a new water cooling technology.
However, now we got a new piece of information which is saying something against the previous information. If we believe the new information then the company may not launching the PlayStation 5 Pro.
According to the latest information, the company is considering to launch the PlayStation 6 gaming console directly by skipping the mid upgrade in the form of PlayStation 5 Pro.
Sony wouldn't cease production of the "gen 1" PS5 if they had different consoles in production for different price points/specs.
The new PS5 will reduce costs in production and shipping because they can produce just one console; with a detachable disc drive.
