The game lovers were waiting for the details of upcoming PlayStation 5 and the company has announced the key information through the online event of Game Developers Conference 2020. Having said that, the company didn’t share any single image that means we don’t have any idea about the look of the upcoming console.

Specifications and features of PlayStation 5

Mark Cerny, the company’s system architect of the upcoming PlayStation 5 has announced that the gaming console will be powered by AMD’s third-generation Ryzen CPU along with a custom Radeon Navi GPU for the graphical task. It will also come with the octa-core Zen 2 CPU with each core running at 3.5 GHz and the GPU will offer 10.28 TFLOPs, running 36 CUs at 2.23 GHz.

The upcoming PlayStation 5 will be matted with 16 GB of GDDR6 RAM along with an 856 GB of SSD and that can will offer 5 GB/s, and the same will allow expanding the SSD. Well, Sony already confirmed that the upcoming gaming console will be the company’s first console to feature a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray drive.
