Just a couple of hours ago the Japanese electronics and Sony unveiled its new smartphones at MWC event, and now the company has launched yet another product and that is headphones. The company has unveiled the Sony SBH82D wireless open-ear headphones and it is powered by the Google Assistant which means you have more powers on your ears.
Sony is touting as ‘open ear’ headphones that have a unique fit and wearing style, the headset allows the user to listen to audio as well as ambient sound. The headset comes with a neckband design that has the controls and battery. The headset is also coming with the NFC support and that will allow users to pair it with their devices in lightning fast speed.

Talking about the connectivity, the all new Sony SBH82D can be connected via Bluetooth v4.2. It offers 32 ohms (1kHz) nominal impedance and a frequency of 20–20,000Hz and also features beat response control. Furthermore, the highlighting feature of the headset is it is powered by the Google Assistant and Siri for voice based commands.
That’s not all, the Sony SBH82D also has a key to answer or reject calls, play/pause music, skip tracks or replay the same track. According to the company, it offers up to 7.5 hours of music playback, 8 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time — and all of these with just a charge time of two hours.
Speaking about the pricing and availability, the company hasn’t announced such details but we believe to hear more about the same in the coming days.
