Well, it is not a secret that Sony mobile division is struggling and the company has closed its plants in various parts of the world. However, the company is not in the mood to give up totally in the mobile industry as it working on various new devices and the company already confirmed to host an event at the upcoming Mobile World Congress event.
Having said that, today we got a new piece of information which suggests that the company will unveil a couple of smartphones at the upcoming MWC 2020 event and all of them will be enabled with the next generation telecommunication chip i.e. 5G. It is worth noting that the company hasn’t launched a single smartphone with the 5G chip and if this information turns out to true then we will witness the first set of Sony devices to come with the 5G connectivity.
Apart from this, we don’t have any other information about the upcoming devices by the Japanese electronics giant. We believe that the company will ditch its mistakes and come up with some innovative as well as attractive devices, we also have some expectations from the company and if Sony came up to the expectations then 2020 will witness a come back of Sony mobiles.
