The Japanese electronics giant Sony is gearing up to launch a unique smartphone that will come with a pop-up mechanism not only for camera but also for the speaker system, the company received the green signal as it passes the patent for the same successfully.
Sony successfully passes a patent at World Intellectual Property Office and the same was filed in 2018 but granted earlier this month. The patent suggests that the company will launch a smartphone with a pop-up mechanism for the camera as well as the speaker system.
Having said that, the pop-up camera system is not new because we already saw the same on many smartphones but the pop-up speaker is something unique and fresh in the market, the company will offer front speakers and that will come out from the bottom side of the device.
It is worth to mention that the upcoming Sony smartphone will have a dual speaker system, there is a speaker at the pop-up camera module as well and it seems that the speaker will work according to the task assigned.
