The developers of WhatsApp are gearing up to offer a new ability for its users and that will enable others to share your status updates. This particular feature is currently available in the latest Whatsapp beta for Android. So this feature will be available in the stable version in the next few weeks or months.
The new feature will be disabled by default and enabling it will enable others to share your status update you have to enable this feature while creating a new status updated.
When someone shares your status, the messaging application will offer a notification. Having said that, the application will not enable others to know that the status was created by you.
