Now coming to the Galaxy M31, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and it will have 6GB of RAM. The Galaxy M41 will be the most powerful smartphone of the upcoming Galaxy M series, and the device will be powered by the upcoming Exynos 9630 processor with 6GB of RAM. The source also says that the device will have a 64-megapixel primary camera that may have the new ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor with a 12MP ultrawide snapper and a 5MP depth sensor.
