Earlier in this year, Spotify introduced its new messenger bot which allow users to share song clips with their friends. And now it has updated and now allows a group of friends to create a playlist within the Facebook Messenger.

With this update now you can create group playlist within the Messenger App to share and collaborate with your friends, you just have to tap on the ‘Plus Symbol’ which is located in the lower left corner. Then choose Spotify and create a playlist, from there you and your friends who are in the group can add songs into the playlist. And the best part is people who are not on Spotify can also take part in the playlist creation.
If you have a pool of friends who loves to share music with each other, then you guys will love this feature. The update is rolling out to the extension, which means you don’t need to update Facebook Messenger App to gain this feature.
