It features an enhanced user experience and everything will be a straightforward setup. The application is integrated with all the services, and now you don’t need to download multiple applications for different needs of the Indian Railways.
The application also features a single sign-in option, and you can be able to sign-in with existing RailConnect/UTSonMobile credentials. The app also features a guest mode for inquiries.
Speaking about the RailOne app services, you can book train tickets (reserved/unreserved/platform tickets), check PNR, track live train status, find coach positioning, and more. It also features the R-Wallet or Railway e-wallet functionality that will enable to access your account either using biometric login or mPIN.
