Swiggy is one of the very popular food delivery platforms in the country and now we got a new piece of information that will disappoint the customers who use the application on a regular basis. It is said that Swiggy has started to charge a platform fee.
Swiggy is reported to charge Rs 2 as the platform fee from every customer and the charge is applicable in two cities including Hyderabad and Bengaluru. There is no word on whether the food delivery platform will expand the platform fee to other cities of the country.
Many Twitter users took the platform to show their disappointment against the new platform fee.
What's all this?
