The popular music streaming platform Spotify launched the lossless audio streaming feature on September 10 this year and it was expected to be released in India by mid October. However, now it appears that the company has pushed back the roll out of the feature in the country.

It was originally planned to roll out in India between mid October and November but now we got a new piece of information that says the company will be launching the feature either in January or February 2026.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any clue behind the reason for the delay of the roll out at this point of time.

With Lossless audio streaming feature, you can able to enjoy music in up to 24-bit/44.1 kHz FLAC, along with greater detail across nearly every song available on Spotify. The company is offering custom settings for WiFi, cellular, and downloads. This will enable you to choose between Low, Normal, High, Very high, and the newly added Lossless music quality.
