Nothing introduced its new truly wireless earphones with premium sound quality and Twitter has also announced a big decision and the same will kill the legacy verification checkmark from April 1. Oppo Find X6 series goes official
Oppo has introduced the Oppo Find X6 and Find X6 Pro, both devices are coming with curved edges and the vanilla model is having a 6.74-inch display, while the Pro model features a 6.82-inch display. The smartphone series is coming with 10-bit OLED panels along with up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Pro model is having the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor while the vanilla model is having the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200. The devices are coming with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage. The devices are running on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 out of the box. It is also featuring an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.
The smartphone series is featuring a Hasselblad-powered triple camera set up and the devices are coming with a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera and the devices are using MariSilicon X NPU for image processing.
The Pro model features a 50MP Sony IMX988 1-inch primary sensor and two 50MP Sony IMX890 sensors with AF for ultra-wide and 3x periscope optical zoom. On the other hand, the vanilla version features 50MP camera sensors on the back but the primary and ultra-wide sensors are Sony IMX890 and Samsung JN1, respectively. The Oppo Find X6 Pro is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. While the Oppo Find X6 is housing a 4,800mAh battery along with 80W wired charging.
Nothing Ear 2 unveiled
Nothing has introduced its new premium Nothing Ear 2 truly wireless earphones feature Hi-Res audio certification and LHDC 5.0 technology. The device is having an 11.6mm custom driver and a new dual-chamber design. It features Clear Voice Technology and up to 40 dB of noise reduction and the device is having personalised ANC support. It is also having the adaptive mode that can automatically adjusts the noise reduction level based on the environment in real-time. It is also IP54 water-resistant rated and the charging case of the device is IP55 rated. The device can offer up to 36 hours of battery life with the charging case.
The device is available with a price tag of Rs 9999 and it will be available in the country from March 28.
Huawei P60 series goes official in China
The smartphone series is consisting the Huawei P60, P60 Pro, and P60 Art and all of them are featuring a 6.67 inch OLED quad curved display along with LTPO adaptive refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Huawei P60 is coming with the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor while the P60 Pro and P60 Art devices are coming with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The smartphone series is coming with 4G connectivity only.
The Huawei P60 is having 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options, while the P60 Pro is available with 256GB and 512GB versions and the Huawei P60 Art will have 512GB and a 1TB variant as well. The vanilla model and the Pro model are coming with a 4,815mAh battery along with 88W fast charging, while the Art version has a massive 5,100mAh battery along with 88W fast charging.
The devices are also coming with the second generation satellite communication that will enable users for two way SMS and the devices are running on HarmonyOS 3.1 out of the box.
Speaking about the camera department, the Huawei P60 features a triple camera setup and that is in the combination of a 48 megapixel sensor along with an RYYB pixel layout, an F1.4-4.0 variable aperture lens and optical image stabilization (OIS). Followed by a 13 megapixel ultra wide angle lens that also has an RYYB sensor and an F2.2 aperture and a 12 megapixel RYYB sensor that has OIS and 5x optical zoom.
On the other hand, the first two sensors on the P60 Pro are identical but it is having a much higher 48 megapixel periscope module and even optical image stabilization. While the Huawei P60 Art is having the same primary sensor and periscope zoom lens as the Pro model but the device is coming with an ultra wide angle sensor and it is having 40 megapixel camera. On the front, the smartphone series is having a 13 megapixel front facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy M54 5G announced
Samsung has introduced the new Samsung Galaxy M54 5G with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the company’s own Exynos 1380 processor along with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy M54 5G features a 108-megapixel primary camera sensor with OIS along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The device is also offering a 32-megapixel front facing camera as well. The device is running on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 custom interface on top and it is housing a massive 6,000mAh battery along with 25W fast charging. The device is also supporting eSIM connectivity as well, which makes it the first mid-range smartphone from the company to have support for it.
iQOO Z7 series unveiled in China
The Chinese variant of the iQOO Z7 is different from the Indian version and the company has also introduced the Z7x smartphone in China as well. Both of them are coming with a 6.64-inch LCD display with a punch-hole cutout and it offers a 120Hz refresh rate.
The new iQOO Z7 features a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and a 2MP secondary lens. The vanilla model is having a 16MP selfie camera. While the iQOO Z7x smartphone features an 8MP selfie camera and the black panel of the device is having a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera.
Under the hood, the iQOO Z7 is coming with the power of a Snapdragon 782G mobile processor while the Z7x is powered by a Snapdragon 695 mobile processor. The devices are coming with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is also having virtual RAM expansion technology and the same supports a VC liquid cooling system.
The iQOO Z7 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery along with 120W fast charging while the Z7x has a 6,000mAh battery with 90W. The devices are running on Android 13 with OriginOS 3.0 on the top. The iQOO Z7 series is also coming with NFC, IR Blaster, X-Axis linear motor, WiFi-6, and high-performance antennas.
