The launch date of Google Pixel Fold is officially confirmed

We are hearing about the Google Pixel Fold smartphone for the past few months and it is the first ever foldable smartphone of Google. The company has now officially confirmed the launching date of the device and the same will be official during the Google I/O 2023 event which means on May 10. The upcoming Google Pixel Fold is confirmed to feature a vertical hinge and the same opens the device for a tablet-like display.
It is expected that the upcoming Google Pixel Fold will feature a 5.8-inch display that opens up to a 7.6-inch tablet-like panel. It will be coming with the power of the Google Tensor G2 processor and the device is expected to feature the most durable hinge on a foldable. It is also expected to have a price tag of $1,700.
Moto Edge 40 goes official

Motorola has introduced the new Moto Edge 40 smartphone and the same features a 6.55-inch curved OLED display along with an 8-bit panel and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device also features an in-display fingerprint scanner along with dual stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and the same is IP68-certified water and dust resistant.
The new Moto Edge 40 features a primary 1/1.55-inch main OIS-enabled 50MP sensor along with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. It is also having a 32MP selfie camera. The device is coming with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 mobile processor along with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device is housing a 4,400mAh battery along with 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. It is running on Android 13 out of the box.
Nothing Phone 2

Nothing has officially confirmed the launching timeline of its second generation smartphone called the Nothing Phone 2. It will be official in the third quarter of this year and the device will be coming with the power of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor. It is also expected to carry on the designing language of its first generation phone.
Google Pixel 7a India launch date confirmed

The highly anticipated Google Pixel 7a smartphone will be official on May 10 during the Google developers event and the company has also confirmed that the device will be official in India on May 11 which means the very next day of its official announcement. There is no information about the pricing of the device for the market of India but the device is expected to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 chipset along with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device is also coming with wireless charging capability and it will feature a 64 megapixel primary sensor on the back. It will run on Android 13 out of the box.
MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC is officially announced

The newly announced Dimensity 7050 SoC is manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 6nm process technology and the same supports LPDDR5/4x memory and UFS 3.1/2.1 storage standards. It can feature up to 2520 x 1080 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. The chipset can offer up to 200MP, 4K HDR video recording, and advanced features like hardware HDR video, triple HDR-ISP, and MENR. It is also supporting global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) and the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard.
Swiggy started to charge platform fee

Swiggy the very popular food delivery platform is reportedly charging a platform fee of Rs 2. The company is reported to charging the amount in the cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
