Apple Vision Pro goes official
Apple has introduced its Apple Vision Pro virtual reality headset and the same is coming with two micro OLED screens, along with a total of 23 million pixels which is transmitting over a 4K TV for each eye. It is capable to create a massive theatre screen anywhere. The device is powered by a custom dual-core M2 chipset along with an innovative R1 chip. The device is running on the visionOS and the same can be controlled effortlessly using a combination of eye movements, hand gestures, and voice commands. The device is not having any physical buttons and that will enable users to navigate through applications by simply looking at the same.
Apple Vision Pro offers two hours of battery life when the device is connected to a high-performance portable battery pack and you can able to use the Apple Vision Pro throughout the day when it is plugged in. The device is also having good security as well as authentication set up and the same is powered by Optic ID. It is also supporting FaceTime calls and Spatial Audio as well. Mac Pro: It is coming with the power of the latest Apple M2 Ultra processor and the same features 24-core CPU along with an optional 76-core GPU, and a substantial boost in memory and SSD storage capacity. It will also enable you to set up the new Mac Pro with 192GB of memory along with a lightning-fast unified memory bandwidth of 800GB/s. It is also supporting up to 24 4K camera feeds as well.
AirPods Pro 2 New Features: The company is having features like Adaptive Audio, Personalized Volume, Conversation Awareness, Automatic Switching, and a Mute or Unmute feature. The new Adaptive Audio is really exciting as the same can intelligently combine Transparency mode and Active Noise Cancellation. While the new Personalized Volume feature is coming with the power of machine learning and the same can fine-tune the media experience.
The Conversation Awareness feature is capable to reduce background and news to enhance your conversations. The Automatic Switching feature will be seamlessly transition between Apple devices. The AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generations), AirPods (3rd generation), and AirPods Max will be getting a Mute or Unmute feature and the same will enable users to easily mute or unmute themselves by pressing the stem or Digital Crown.
Apple Mac Studio: The newly announced Apple Mac Studio with M2 Max is coming with a formidable 12-core CPU, a GPU with up to 38 cores, and an impressive 96GB of unified memory featuring a memory bandwidth of 400GB/s. While the Apple Mac Studio with M2 Ultra features 24-core CPU, a GPU with up to 76 cores, and up to 192GB of memory with a unified memory bandwidth of 800GB/s.
MacBook Air with 15 inch display: The newly announced Macbook Air features a thickness of 11.5mm, and it is sporting a 15-inch display with a new retina panel and the same can offer a brightness of 500 nits. The 15-inch MacBook Air is powered by an M2 processor along with 8GB of unified memory that can be configured with up to 24GB. The device can offer up to 18 hours of battery life as well.
Apple M2 Ultra: The M2 Ultra chipset is coming with 134 billion transistors and the same is supporting Apple’s unified memory architecture of up to 192GB, it is also coming with a massive memory bandwidth of 800GB/s as well. The new Apple M2 Ultra is also coming with the greatest GPU as the same will enable you to configure it with either 60 or 76 cores. The Neural Engine has been enhanced with 32 cores as well. The latest Apple M2 Ultra chipset is also coming with an enhanced media engine and the same is now having dedicated hardware-enabled H.264, HEVC, and ProRes encode and decode capabilities. It is also capable to handle up to 22 streams of 8K ProRes 422 video playback.
iOS 17: The latest iOS 17 is coming with a new capability that will enable you to view more items on the locked iPhone screen and the same will be in horizontally while charging. This new StandBy mode for charging converts the iPhone screen into a smart display. It will also showcase information from Live Activities, widgets, and smart stacks. It is worth mentioning that the new StandBy feature will be enabled automatically when you place the device horizontally while charging.
Apple has also introduced the new Journal app and the same will assist users to track and record their activities and thoughts through a log of their daily life. The latest iOS 17 is also coming with an AirDrop-related feature called NameDrop for sharing phone numbers with other iPhone users, it will enable you to share selected email addresses and phone numbers by bringing two iPhones near each other.
Apple is also bringing live transcription feature for voicemail in the latest iOS 17 and the same will show the transcript of the message a caller is leaving in real time. Apple will also feature offline Maps very soon. Apple has also made a massive change on its digital assistant by dropping the ‘Hey Siri’ command, and now you need to say ‘Siri’ to wake up the digital assistant. The new iOS 17 will enable you to create and insert Live Stickers.
iPadOS 17: The iPadOS offers a customized lock screen and it works similar to the iOS 16 lock screens. You can able to personalize your iPad lock screen and you can able to set custom wallpapers. You can also able to adjust the font and set Focus modes according to your choice.
Live Activities makes its way to iPadOS 17 and the latest version is also adding the support for interactive widgets in iPadOS 17. The latest version will enable you to carry out various activities like switching on the lights, play a song, adding information to your calendar and more using a widget and there is no need to open a particular application to do the job.
The Notes app of the iPads are now getting the support of a new PDF experience as the latest iPadOS 17 will enable you to quickly add details including names, addresses, and emails from Contacts in PDFs. The company is also bringing the Health app to the latest iPadOS 17 and the same will enable you to check your health information without the phone.
The developers have improved the Stage Manager and the same allows more flexibility to the position and size of the windows. The Freeform app is getting new drawing tools and it is also getting the support for hover, tilt, and snap to shape. The application will also enable you to add connection lines and new shapes to any object.
macOS Sonoma: macOS Sonoma features screensavers of slow-motion videos of various locations from across the globe and the operating system will also enable you to add interactive widgets to the desktop screen. It is also supporting Apple’s Continuity feature and the same will enable you to bring your iPhone widgets to macOS.
Apple has also introduced a new Game Mode in macOS for the first time and the same is said to offer an optimized gaming experience with smoother and more consistent frame rates, it is also said that the new Game mode will be compatible to all the existing and upcoming games on the Mac.
The new operating system is also getting enhanced video conferencing features and the same will be handy for those who do lots of video conferences. It is also featuring a new Presenter Overlay video effect and the operating system is also bringing updates to Safari, Siri, Messages, Reminders, etc.
Realme 11 Pro series launched in India
Realme has officially introduced the new Realme 11 Pro series in India and the same is coming with a tall 6.7 inch AMOLED display along with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Realme 11 Pro Plus is also supporting 2160 PWM dimming along with 100 percent DCI P3 color gamut support and a curved panel on the front.
The Realme 11 Pro series is coming with the power of the newly announced Dimensity 7050 mobile processor. Realme 11 Pro models are coming with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. The Realme 11 Pro series is also supporting up to 8GB of virtual memory expansion as well.
The models are housing a massive 5,000mAh battery. Realme 11 Pro is supporting 67W fast charging while the Pro Plus model is supporting 100W fast charging. The devices are running on Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 out of the box. The Pro models are featuring Dolby Atmos enabled dual speakers and Hi Res audio certification. Really 11 Pro Plus is also supporting NFC functionality.
Now let’s talk about the camera department, the Realme 11 Pro features a dual camera setup that consists of a 108 megapixel primary sensor and a 2 megapixel portrait sensor and it is coming with a 16 megapixel selfie camera on the front. On the other hand, the Pro Plus is coming with a triple camera setup on the back panel and that includes a 200 megapixel primary sensor (Samsung ISOCELL HM3) that has a 2.24μm large pixel size which also supports OIS. It is also having an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2 megapixel macro sensor. The device features a 32 megapixel selfie camera. The devices are also coming with fingerprint scanner and face unlock.
Realme 11 Pro is available in the country with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage which is priced at Rs 23,999 while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 24,999 and the 12GB RAM variant with 256GB of storage is priced at Rs 27,999. The device will be available from June 16 via Realme.com, Flipkart.com, and retail stores.

Madhav Sheth is reportedly joining HONOR India
Madhav Sheth, one of the top most executives of the popular Chinese brand Realme is reportedly planning to join HONOR India. There is no official confirmation about the same at the moment.
JioTag goes official in India
The device is actually similar to Apple AirTag, as the newly announced JioTag is a Bluetooth tracker for devices and accessories. It basically helps you to find your devices and accessories if you forget it somewhere. It can be connected to the JioThings app on your smartphone and attach the tag to wallet, handbag, or any other personal item to keep track of them.
The company is also offering an extra battery and lanyard cable in the box. It is worth mentioning that the lanyard will help you to easily attach the JioTag to your items.
It is said that the battery can be replaceable and it will offer 1 year of backup. The latest JioTag comes with a range of up to 20 meters indoors and up to 50 meters outdoors. It is also supporting Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity option as well. The device is available at a discounted price of Rs 749.
