Reliance & Disney inks deal in India
It is officially announced that Reliance and Disney will now offer a new joint venture in the entertainment industry of the country. The new partnership will unite Star TV Network, Sports18 TV, Hotstar, and JioCinema under one umbrella. The new deal will also eliminate the chance to leave Disney from India. It is also revealed that the collaboration of the two parties is valued at Rs 70,000 crores. Viacom18, a subsidiary of Reliance, will have a 46.82% stake in the partnership, with Reliance Industries having 16.34% and Disney having a 36.84% stake, respectively.

The OnePlus 12R comes in a customized gift box that includes a ‘Lightning Stiletto’ SIM ejector, a Keqing-themed phone case, a ‘Glinted Lightning’ 100W charger, and a custom T-shaped fast charging cable. The company offers everything in violet colour option. The device also comes with a Keqing-themed custom chibi acrylic phone stand and custom chibi stickers. The company also offers some extra collectibles including a stand ornament, character badge, poster, and commemorative metal badges.
OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition smartphone features electric-infused motifs that resemble Keqing’s flower clothing and the signature Lightning Stiletto. The device also comes with the industry-first electro-etching process and the back panel has matte AG silk material.
The device also features customized software as it comes with the custom-themed wallpapers and icon packs, it also features customized the power-on, charging, and fingerprint unlock animation along with the always-on display. You can be able to customize ringtones, alarms, and message notifications with Keqing’s iconic voice as well. The device is also optimized to run the device smooth and fast. The device features HyperHDR and it is said to have the capability to launch a game in just 15 seconds. The device is said to run at an average of 59.4fps for an hour with generating heat.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition is introduced with 16GB + 256GB RAM and storage option only and it has a price tag of Rs 49,999 in India.
OnePlus Watch 2 goes official
The OnePlus Watch 2 features military-grade MIL-STD 810H certification for durability and the device is IP68-rated water-resistant up to 50 meters. The device sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display along with 466 x 466 pixels resolution. It also comes with a heart-rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, and menstrual cycle tracker. The device also features sleep patterns and stress levels. It also comes with more than 100 sports modes and the same features a built-in dual-frequency GPS for outdoor activities.
The newly announced OnePlus Watch 2 is powered by a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor along with a BES2700 efficiency chipset. The device also comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The device runs on WearOS with access to the Google Play Store for installing apps. The OnePlus Watch is claimed to offer up to 100 hours of usage and the same supports 7.5W fast charging. Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest OnePlus Watch 2 comes with a price tag of Rs 24,999 in India.
