1. Xiaomi Launch Mi A1 Smartphone:


Over the past few days we got many leaks and teasers regarding Xiaomi’s new phone launch. It was said that they will launch an Android One powered smartphone. Now this week they did it. Xiaomi has officially launched Mi A1 smartphone that’s powered by Google’s Android One Project. This phone’s internals are exactly same as Mi5x which was launched in China in July. There are two highlighting points of this phone, 1st is Dual Camera Setup and 2nd is stock Android software with guaranteed updates up to Android P. 2. Android Oreo Closed Beta Update For OnePlus 3:


OnePlus is a OEM which constantly gives Beta updates to their OnePlus 3 and 3T users. Last year they provided the Beta update for nougat in November end, which was very early for other OEMs. Now this year also people are expecting the update this early. But seems like OnePlus is rolling out the 8.0 Oreo update for OnePlus 3. It’s the Closed Beta program under which few selected users gets the most latest taste of Oxygen OS along with latest Android. OnePlus is the 1st third party OEM which started testing Oreo update in the form of Beta program. 3. Lenovo K8 and K8 Plus Now Official:


Last month Lenovo launched their K8 Note smartphone in India which is a mid-range phone that tried to compete with Redmi Note 4, the king of mid-range smartphones. Now seems like Lenovo has some other plans to compete, and that’s by launching other phones in similar price. So this week Lenovo has launched two new smartphones: K8 and K8 Plus. Both these smartphones packs similar features with few differences like display size & resolution. Lenovo just gave multiple options to the buyer & lacks an overall good phone. 4. Samsung Galaxy C8 Unveiled:


This week Samsung also launched their new phone in ‘C’ line-up, Galaxy C8. This is a premium mid-range phone according to Samsung but comes with MediaTek’s Helio P20 processor, which is surely going to be an overpriced processor as Samsung will charge this phone more than it deserves. The main highlight of this phone is Dual Camera Setup on the back. Though having dual camera setup is no longer an highlight, but seeing that it’s Samsung device, we can say dual camera setup to be the highlight of this phone. 5. Google Personalised Feed Now For India:


Google the search engine giant’s new personalized news Feed is now rolling out to the Indian users now. Earlier, the feature was only available to users of the US. This New Feed can be accessed via Google App or by swiping right to the home screen in Google Now launcher.
