2. Qualcomm Quick Charge 5 Fast Charging Unveiled
The new charging technology is coming with more than 100W charging capability and that is a significant improvement compared to the current version of the technology, Qualcomm Quick Charge 5 comes with the backward compatibility which means it will support Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or above and the same will also support the existing Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
It is coming with the up to 10% cooler along with the four times faster as well as a 75% more efficient, the company also says that it will support 25 battery packs and it is optimized for both the USB power delivery along with the USB Type-C. 3. Oppo Reno 4 Pro Goes Official In India With Quad Cameras
It features a 6.5″ AMOLED Display with curves on both sides. The display panel gets a refresh rate with 90 Hz along with 180Hz touch sampling rate and HDR10+ rating. It has a single punch hole for the selfie camera. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 720G. It will available in the configurations – 8GB + 128 GB.
Coming to the optics, Oppo Reno 4 Pro has a 48MP IMX586 sensor from Sony. Its followed by an 8MP Sony ultrawide angle camera, the third camera in the lot is a 2MP macro Camera and a 2MP mono sensor. The smartphone comes with a 32MP front camera. It features a 4,000 mAh battery and weighs 172 grams.
The phone comes equipped with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology and top-ups the battery in under 40 minutes. Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphones support 5G in both SA and NSA flavour, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port. It runs on Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 on top. 4. Samsung Teases Galaxy Unpacked Event Confirms 5 Devices
Samsung teaser of the upcoming Unpacked event and the company confirms that it will launch 5 products and the brand new Galaxy Note 20 series will be the star of the event, the company will also unveil a foldable device dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 which will be the successor of Galaxy Z Fold.
The company will also launch new tablets and that will be dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 series which will also come with Snapdragon 865 processor along with a high refresh rate. 5. OnePlus Phones Will Get Always-on Display Feature
The always-on display feature is one of the most requested features of the OnePlus smartphone users, now the company has teased the same on the Twitter handle. The company did not reveal the timeline for the rollout of the much-anticipated feature but it is confirmed that the same will arrive in the major software update.
Pete Lau, the co-founder of the brand has shared a teaser on his official Twitter handle and confirms that always-on display feature will arrive on the Smartphones and there’s no confirmation about the timeline but the feature will be enabled on the next version of the operating system either Android 11 or OxygenOS 11.
