Poor call quality and call drops are increasing day by day and now TRAI has asked the telecom operators in the country to improve the quality.
It is said that the call drop and outage data at the state level also and director the operators including Airtel along with Vodafone Idea and Jio to improve the quality on immediate basis.
The problem of pesky promotional calls and messages seems to be fixed very soon as TRAI said telcos will be asked to implement an AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) tool and the same has been found to be effective in detecting and blocking spam which is generated by unregistered telemarketers through telephone numbers (10 digits numbers).
It is also said that the new comprehensive tool is currently being tested by Vodafone Idea and the same is believed to be implemented in about two months.
Let’s hope that everything will be fixed and changed very soon.
