It is not a new feature but the company has implemented it now only, along with that, the company has also improved many things and added new animated emojis as well.
The new video calling feature is implemented on the desktop as well as mobile applications and the same is currently in alpha version, users can able to make a video call and the same comes with end-to-end encryption. Having said that, the company will show the encryption in a creative way, as you will see four emojis on the screen and if your call partner also sees the same emojis then you are in an encrypted call.
Apart from that, Telegram makes the voice call with the picture in picture support and this will allow you to browse the application or sending messages in between the call. Moreover, the application also gets new animated emojis for commonly used emoji and if you type any of these emojis then a larger animated version of the same will appear.
