Telegram 4.1 Update With Admin Privileges And 10000 Members Supergroup limit

Telegram has announced its latest update 4.1 with lots of cool features. It is rolling out these features for both Android and iOS. The feature set includes Admin tools, increasing the supergroup limit, Android Pay and more.

Supergroups and Admin privileges

Telegram has now increased their maximum limit to 10,000 members. That is a lot to count on them, similar to the population of a small town. It will be a tedious process for admins to control over 10000 members. To make it simple With the 4.1 update, supergroup admins can now have more control over the group.

The main admin can now add more admins to the group and decide various controls for each admin personally, like changing group info, ban users, delete or pin messages, or even adding new admins.

To check on some notorious members, Admins can restrict their actions in the group and decide their functionalities like send or read messages/media/stickers. These cool features will keep admins super cool as they no longer need to remove a group member. They can stay in the group as a read-only member.

Most important feature is said to be the Admin Bots to keep an eye on the group all time. With this, a recent Action section is introduced to the admins from where the admin’s action for past 48 hours can be viewed.

For Android users, Telegram brings in improved media selection as well as Android Pay support for Bot Payments.For iOS, users Telegram brings in improved sharing extension which lets users add optional comments while sharing something.
