The Samsung Galaxy S26 series was introduced just a couple of weeks ago, but we have already started to hear about the successor which is the Samsung Galaxy S27 series. Today a new piece of information about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra appears online. The newly leaked information is actually very disappointing. So let’s get into the article to check out the new info about the device.
According to Korean outlet ETNews, the South Korean electronics giant Samsung had been testing a completely new S Pen technology for the next generation Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra. It is reported that the company has decided to hold it back for now and that means the company will be sticking with the same Electromagnetic Resonance (EMR) system.
It is worth mentioning that EMR allows the S Pen to work without a battery and the display of the phone features a dedicated digitizer layer that tracks the pen with impressive precision. But this particular system will be depending on a magnetic field and the same can be affected by built-in magnets or even magnetic accessories.
On the other hand, the Active Electrostatic (AES) technology removes the digitizer layer that depends on a battery-powered stylus interacting directly with the touchscreen.
So let’s wait for more details about the upcoming device in the coming months and you guys are recommended to stick with us for more updates at your fingertips.
