The new capability will enable you to switch between multiple accounts without a logging out and the feature is available on the mobile version of the Threads app. You need to long press on the profile icon at the bottom right and the same will enable you to add profiles.
After adding profiles simply long press to switch between accounts. The feature is rolling out in India along with Argentina, Mexico, UK, and the United States.
