It is confirmed that the platform will be getting a web version in the next few days and it will enable you to share posts, like, and share. But the web version will have multiple limitations as well.
The web version of Threads will not enable you to edit your profile, send posts to Instagram DMs, or access some advanced settings from the web app.
Meta spokesperson Christine Pai said that the web app of the platform is meant to offer a basic level of functionality for users who prefer using social media on their desktop browsers.
Anyways, a web version is essential and the same is handy to share new updates using the web browser because we do not need to grab a phone while working on the PC.
