We know that the Google Tensor chipsets that powered the Google Pixel 6 through Pixel 9 devices are modified Samsung Exynos APs manufactured by Samsung Foundry, but this will be changed very soon as the upcoming Google Tensor G5 will be fully customized by Google.
Moreover, the upcoming Google Tensor G5 will be the first chipset that will not be produced by Samsung but the same will be produced by TSMC, the world’s largest foundry. The chipset will be using the second-generation 3nm process node (N3E).
The source also shares the shipping manifest for a sample Tensor G5 chip and the same was being imported into India. The document is suggesting that the upcoming Google Pixel 10 will be coming with the 16GB of RAM on the board.
