Apple is expected to launch its smart speaker which is the HomePod and the upcoming version of the device is coming with a display. The device was previously reported to be introduced in the third quarter of 2025 and today the new launch timeline for the device is leaked online. According to the Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the company will be launching its next-gen HomePod with a 7″ display and the device could be announced in the first half of 2024. The device is said to be available in the markets after WWDC 2025.
The delay in the arrival of the device has happened due to software development challenges and the device is expected to come with an Apple A18 processor. It is also said that the device will also work wirelessly with Apple smart home IP camera and the same is expected to be announced in 2026.
