US is getting new regulations to hit the Chinese tech giant Huawei in 2020. Reportedly, US federals are working on new schemes to refuse US-based tech supports to Huawei. In a sit with Bloomberg, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross unveiled the new strong moves against Huawei.
Till now, more or less than 35% of business entities are permitted to do business with Huawei. However, in a move to implement strick regulations against the company, the US government is planning to narrow down the percentage to 10%.
The new regulation further broadening the ban by refuting the US designed Huawei products that are manufactured outside of eh country. As a counter comment to the new regulation, US semiconductor manufacturers said that Huawei would render the support from alternative non-us providers and it will turn into a slam to US companies. In addition, there is a chance that Chine will close its market to US companies which has been supporting so many US companies including Apple.
