Recently, we updated that the Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is all set to replace its Funtouch OS and the company will launch a new user interface that dubbed as Jovi OS and it was expected that the company will introduce the new custom skin in this month. However, today the company has announced that it has postponed the Jovi OS project and it will stick with the Funtouch OS.
The project manager of the UI department at Vivo has announced on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo that the company will continue discussion about the replacement and the company will continue with the Funtouch OS. That’s not all, the company will also announce a new version of the custom skin on December 16 and if you are unaware about this date, then on this date the company will unveil its new smartphone called Vivo X30 series.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the exact information about this change but we believe that the company may postpone it’s launching time and it will be unveiled in the near future.
