The device is powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, along with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The rising of the Vivo S12 starts at CNY 2,799 for the 8GB + 256GB of storage variant, and CNY 2,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage variant. While the Vivo S12 Pro is priced at CNY 3,399 for the 8GB + 256GB of storage and CNY 3,699 for the 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. The devices will be available in the market of China from December 30 and there is no information about the availability of the devices in other parts of the world.
