After launching the first phone in Vivo S series in 2019, the company is now gearing up to launch the Vivo S2 Smartphone and the device is expected to be announced in August this year. The teaser image does not offer any information about the device but it is expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile processor. Vivo is expected to launch the device with a 6.59-inch OLED display with “1.5K” resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is also reported to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. Speaking about the camera department, the device will be coming with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera on the back, and the device will also feature a 32MP selfie camera.
The upcoming Vivo device is expected to come with a battery capacity above 7,000 mAh, along with 80W wired charging, as well as wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
