According to DCS, the upcoming Vivo S50 series will include the Vivo S50 and the more compact Vivo S50 Pro Mini. It was expected to be announced before the end of this month in China but now we got a new piece of information that says the company will be launching the smartphone series next month which means December 2025.
The upcoming Vivo S50 is expected to come with a 6.59-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be coming with the power of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and the device is expected to feature 90W fast charging. There is no information about the battery capacity, and it is expected to feature a periscope telephoto camera.
While the Vivo S50 Pro Mini is expected to come with a 6.31-inch OLED screen with the same 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, and the battery size is said to be larger than the X300’s 6,040mAh. It is expected to support 90W fast charging. Both models are expected to run Android 16 overlaid with OriginOS 6.
