It is coming with the power of 6nm Dimensity 1100 and that is paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone comes with 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Vivo S9 features a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64MP sensor primary sensor with OIS and it comes along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. The smartphone is also coming with dual front facing camera and that is in the combination of a 44MP primary sensor with autofocus and an 8MP ultrawide angle camera with a portrait lens for wide-angle photos. The camera department of the smartphone also features AI brightening and AI noise reduction. The Vivo S9e also features an OLED display and the same also offers a 90Hz refresh rate, along with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, and also has TÜV Rheinland’ Eye Comfort Certification and SGS Seamless certification.
It will have the Dimensity 820 and it is paired with 8GB of RAM along with 128GB or 256GB of storage. It is also coming with a triple rear camera setup and the same is in the combination of a 64MP main rear camera along with 120° ultrawide angle camera and a 4CM macro camera. It also features a 32MP sensor at front for selfies.
There is a 4100mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The remaining specifications of the smartphone remain the same as the Vivo S9.
Pricing and availability
The Vivo S9 is priced at ¥2999 for the 8+128GB variant and ¥3299 for the 12+256GB version. The device will be available from March 12 in the market of China. On the other hand, the Vivo S9e is priced at ¥2399 for the 8+128GB version and ¥2699 for the 8+256GB version. It will go on sale on March 27.
