The Chinese mobile manufacturer Vivo has unveiled the new Vivo V21 5G for the Indian market. It comes with the promise of a class-leading selfie camera for which the Vivo V-Series is known. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimenisty SoC. It also comes with a triple rear camera and the back and supports fast charging system. Vivo V21 5G Specifications

The Vivo V21 5G features a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The display panel has 2404 × 1080 pixel resolution and the ability to play HDR10+ content. The maximum brightness has been calibrated to 800 nits.

Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U which is built on 7nm fabric. Coming to the memory configuration, it has 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and an additional 3GB of virtual RAM. The smartphone comes with 128GB / 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage and supports storage expansion via microSD card.

In terms of optics, it sports a triple-camera setup at the back. It begins with a 64MP primary sensor that supports OIS and has an f/1.79 aperture lens, followed by an 8MPsensor with a 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens. Finally, there is a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture lens. In the front, there is a 44MP selfie camera with support for OIS and dual-LED flash.

Regarding the connectivity options, it supports 5G (SA/ NSA), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security. It is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It weighs 177 grams.

Pricing and Availability

The Vivo V21 5G is priced at Rs. 29,900 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs. 31,990 for the 8GB + 256GB model. The smartphone will come in Arctic White, Sunset Dazzle and Dusk Blue colours. It will be available via, and offline stores starting from May 6th.
