The popular Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has finally introduced the new Vivo V29 series in the market of India and the smartphone series includes the vanilla model and the Pro model. Vivo V29 Pro
The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display along with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate as well as a punch hole cutout on the top of the screen. The company offers the devices with a curved design on both front and back. Under the hood, the Vivo V29 Pro comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 mobile processor along with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 13 with FuntouchOS 13 out of the box.
It features a 50-megapixel primary camera that supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), a 12-megapixel portrait lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens on the back. The device also features a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The device also features ring shaped LED lighting and the same supports an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is housing a 4,600mAh battery along with 80W fast charging technology.
Vivo V29
It comes with almost the same specifications as the big brother but the vanilla variant comes with Snapdragon 778G mobile processor along with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device comes with a 50-megapixel primary sensor that supports OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor on the back. The front of the vanilla variant houses a 50-megapixel selfie camera as well. Everything remains the same as the pro variant.
The vanilla variant has a starting price of Rs 32999 for 8GB + 128GB variant and 12GB + 256GB variant has a price tag of Rs 36,999. While the Vivo V29 Pro with 8GB + 256GB variant has a price tag of Rs 39,999 and the 12GB + 256GB model has a price tag of Rs 42,999. The vanilla variant will be available from October 17 while the Vivo V29 Pro will be available from October 10 in the country.
