The new variant has been introduced with a large 10,000mAh battery along with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 50MP Sony camera. The newly announced model of the Vivo V80 Lite 5G smartphone comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display along with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 449ppi pixel density, and up to 2,000 nits of HBM brightness. The device also supports P3 wide color gamut, HDR10+ and 1.07 billion colors.
Vivo has introduced the device with a massive 10,000mAh BlueVolt battery based on fourth-generation silicon-anode technology, with support for 44W charging and reverse charging. The device also comes with a 3800mm2 vapor chamber cooling unit.
Speaking about the camera department, the device comes with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main camera, a 2-megapixel bokeh sensor and a 32-megapixel front camera with a 90-degree field of view. The camera features including AI Erase and Check-In Watermark. The device runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, along with features including Origin Island, Drag & Go, Office Kit, Google Gemini and AI Captions.
It has the power of the Dimensity 7300e mobile processor along with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device comes with 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, GPS, and NFC among others for connectivity. The device features IP68 and IP69 ratings and has passed five MIL-STD environmental tests.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the new Vivo V80 Lite 5G is available in Emerald Green, Afterglow Pink and Dawn Black colour options. The company is yet to confirm the pricing and it will be available in Malaysia.
