The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has introduced the new Vivo X Flip folding smartphone in the market of China and it is the first ever clamshell folding design of Vivo. The device is coming with the power of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor and the device is having a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back panel. The newly announced Vivo X Flip features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display along with a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen and a tall aspect ratio as well as an FHD+ resolution. The device features 1,200 nits peak brightness along with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The Vivo X Flip is also having a horizontal secondary display on the back panel with slightly curved edges and the same is having 3 inches size with an AMOLED panel along with 682 x 422 pixels resolution. The device is also coming with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
It also features a Flex Mode and the same with enable users prop the device up for hands-free calling, video playback, and photography. It is also said that the company is using ultra-thin glass for invisible crease and the hinge.
The Vivo X Flip features a circular camera module and that features a ZEISS-branded 50MP OIS-enabled primary sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The device is also coming with a 32MP front-facing camera.

The pricing of the Vivo X Flip starts at RMB 5,999 and the device will be available in the market of China from April 28.
