The popular Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is gearing up to launch its new flagship offering called the Vivo X100 series which includes the vanilla variant along with the Pro and Pro Plus models. The Pro Plus model will be official next year and the remaining devices are expected to be announced by the middle of next month in China.
Now the upcoming Vivo X100 smartphone appears on the TKDN certification platform and the same confirms that the device will be official in the market of Indonesia.
The upcoming Vivo X100 and X100 Pro will come with the power of the Dimensity 9300 mobile processor which is confirmed to be announced on November 6. While the Vivo X100 Pro Plus will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor. It is reported that the the upcoming Vivo X100 smartphone will feature a Sony IMX920 primary sensor on the back panel along with a Samsung JN1 lens for ultra-wide shots, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom.
While the Vivo X100 Pro smartphone will be coming with the same ultra-wide lens and telephoto camera as the X100. But the device will have a telephoto sensor with a 4.3x optical zoom along with the 1-inch IMX989 camera sensor as the primary sensor.
It is expected that the upcoming Vivo X100 and X100 Pro phones will feature a curved-edge OLED screen along with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also believed that the Vivo X100 will come with a large 5,100mAh battery, whereas the Pro model will be housing a massive 5,400mAh battery. Both devices are expected to support 120W wired charging technology, it is worth mentioning that the Pro model will also offer 50W wireless charging. The smartphone series will run on Android 14 with OriginOS 4 on top.
The devices are also expected to come with the latest LPDDR5T RAM technology and the Vivo X100 Pro will come with support for two-way satellite communication.
