The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has officially confirmed that its upcoming Vivo X200 series will be coming with the latest Blueprint image sensor, which is developed in-house.
It will be using the self-developed VCS 3.0 technology and the same is manufactured on a 22nm process. It is said to be the first to support “True-TCG HDR” technology and the company will be pairing the sensor with a new generation of the Blueprint Algorithm Matrix. It is said that the algorithm has over 1 billion parameters.
Apart from this, it is also said that the upcoming “Blueprint Imaging Chip,” will be available next year and the chipset will refine AI portrait algorithms to improve low-light and backlight portrait photography.
Vivo has also confirmed that the very popular humanistic camera mode which is currently exclusive to the Vivo X100 Ultra, will soon be available on other phones.
