The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has officially confirmed that the upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra flagship smartphone will be official in the markets of China on April 21.
It is also revealed that the device will come with a clean white finish with vertical stripes running down the back. The device is also expected to come in at least one other variant. The device is expected to feature a large, raised camera bump that extends prominently from the body.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a rear triple-camera setup including two 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT818 sensors (one standard, one 35mm), and a 200MP 1/1.4″ HP9X periscope unit with an 85mm focal length.
The camera setup will support OIS across all focal lengths and support 4K video at 120fps. The camera system also features Zeiss co-engineered optics, a VS1 and V3+ chip setup, and a new tone filter.
It is expected to come with a 6.82-inch quad-curved BOE LTPO display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will come with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip along with a battery exceeding 6000mAh, with support for 90W wired and wireless charging. It will also feature IP68/69 water resistance along with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and support for China’s Beidou-3 short message service.
