Vivo has finally introduced the latest and greatest Vivo X300 Ultra in the markets of India. The device comes with 200 megapixel camera sensors along with pro-grade zoom add-ons, among others. So let’s get into the article to check out the complete details.

The device is introduced in the country with identical specifications as the global variant. In that case, the device features a 14mm ultra-wide camera using a 50MP Sony LYTIA 818 sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, OIS, and third-generation VCS bionic spectrum technology. The device also comes with a 35mm main camera that uses a 200MP Sony LYTIA 901 sensor with an f/1.85 aperture, along with the 85mm telephoto camera is based on a 200MP Samsung HP0 sensor and offers 3-degree gimbal-level stabilization with support for up to 60 autofocus operations per second. Vivo has introduced the device in Victory Green and Eclipse Black colour options. It also supports IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Vivo has also introduced the new Vivo X300 Ultra with the compatibility of two external teleconverter modules. The first is the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra, and the same offers 400mm focal length using a 15-element optical structure. On the other hand, the non-ultra Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 has a 200mm focal length with around 8.7x optical zoom. Both of them support CIPA 6.5-rated stabilization that also supports ZEISS APO optical standards, and support fast autofocus at up to 60fps. The device also supports the Vivo Imaging Grip Kit.
The device also supports 4K 120fps Dolby Vision along with 4K 120fps 10-bit Log recording across all lenses. The device features OIS on all cameras, a four-microphone array, and support for 3D LUT imports. It also supports ACES workflows, built-in cinematic modes like 24fps film style, and a 60fps modern format.
It comes with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device also comes with a liquid cooling vapor chamber. The device features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Vivo has introduced the device with the latest Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box. The device houses a large 6,600mAh battery with 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest Vivo X300 Ultra with 12GB/512GB has a price tag of Rs 159,999 and 16GB/512GB variant comes with a price tag of Rs 169,999. The 400mm telephoto extender costs Rs 27,999, and the imaging grip kit costs Rs 11,999. The X300 Ultra, along with the grip kit and both extenders, is available at Rs 2,09,999. It will be available through the official channels and Flipkart from May 14th.
