Having the capability of adding music to WhatsApp status is one of the highly awaited features and it was in the development stage. Now this feature is all set to be available in reality as the developers of the world’s most favourite instant messaging application started to offer the new music on WhatsApp status capability to more beta testers.
It is said that users can be able to add music on their WhatsApp status by simply clicking a music button which will be available on the user interface of the instant messaging application. This button will be available on the status editor and it will be placed at the first position at the top side of this screen.
WhatsApp users can able to access the huge collection of music library of Meta and it is similar to Instagram. The new implementation will allow you to search your favourite songs along with the trending songs or specific artists.
It is also said that WhatsApp will enable you to choose 15 seconds clip for photos or customize the length based on the duration of a video after selecting a song for your WhatsApp status. The instant messaging application will be showing the song title and artist name with the option to explore the artist’s Instagram profile directly through WhatsApp.
