The new feature will enable group admins and members to share recent messages with the newly added members and the feature is said to remain end to end encrypted as well.
When someone added into a new group chat, a pop-up will appear with an option to share recent message history. Admins or members can choose to share between 25 and 100 recent messages with the newly added member.
