WhatsApp introduced the chat transfer feature from iPhone devices to Android smartphones in August with Samsung Smartphones and now it is confirmed that the ability has expanded to more Android devices.Â
It is officially confirmed that the iPhone users can able to transfer their WhatsApp chats to the latest Google Pixel 6 series and it is also confirmed that all the upcoming Android smartphones will get the feature but the devices must run on Android 12 out of the box.Â
To transfer your WhatsApp chat on a new Android smartphone, you need to have USB Type-C to Lightning cable.Â
It is also revealed that once the devices are connected then you need to scan a QR code on the iPhone to transfer the WhatsApp chats along with media and more.
Having said that, if the iPhone has trouble scanning the QR code, then you need to open WhatsApp and head to Settings > Chats > Move Chats to Android.Â
Separately, it is reported that WhatsApp Business accounts will get a message rating feature very Sona and all the users will able to give feedback to WhatsApp Businesses from one to five stars.
