After bringing the screen share feature, now the developers of the world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp bring another feature for the calling section of the platform. WhatsApp now gets a schedule calls feature and this particular feature is meant for group chats only.
You can plan your next group calling and then the platform will automatically notify all other participants about the upcoming call and you can also select voice and video calls which means it is not limited to only one calling capability.
It is said that you can able to schedule group calls within your group and you can choose the call subject along with the scheduled call date as well. The platform will be notifying others 15 minutes before the group call starts. The feature is currently available in the latest beta of the application for the Android platform.
As the platform is now supporting up to 32 members in a call, this particular feature will be handy to plan and coordinate your professional or friendly meetings. We don’t know when the company will be rolling out the feature in the stable version but we believe that WhatsApp will be offering the same very soon.
