WhatsApp was testing the feature in the beta version of the application but now the HD photo sharing capability is available in the stable version of the messaging application.
When you share an image on WhatsApp, the instant messaging application will present two options in front of you that include Standard quality and HD quality. You need to select the second option to send the image in its original quality and this will eliminate you to send images in document format.
